Mark Johnson
SID-Washington Board Member and COO, International Development Services, Tetra Tech
Mr. Johnson is responsible for overseeing Tetra Tech’s International Development Services (IDS) operation in Washington D.C. Mr. Johnson serves as the Senior Vice President (SVP) for Tetra Tech’s IDS Division. The Division is a $500 + million annual revenue operation focused on providing foreign assistance technical and program management services to USAID, other U.S. governmental agencies, DFAT, DFID, multilateral development banks and governmental agencies worldwide.
Mr. Johnson provides senior management leadership for the strategic and business planning efforts of the Tetra Tech. Mr. Johnson has 30 years of experience in strategic and business planning, financial analysis, mergers and acquisitions, market analysis, international capacity building, technology innovation, training and environmental risk management.
Mr. Johnson has provided management consulting support for USAID, EPA, DoD, FEMA, NOAA, ADB, the World Bank and the private sector. Mr. Johnson has served as a senior consultant to USAID, EPA and DoD on a variety of international projects.
Mr. Johnson is an active member of the Society for International Development Washington Chapter (SID-W), the U.S. Global Leadership Coalition (USGLC) and the Professional Services Council/Council of International Development Companies (PSC/CIDC). Mr. Johnson serves as member of the Executive Board for The Nature Generation, a non-profit inspiring the next generation of environmental stewards.
